Understanding Medicare and Medicare Advantage (Medicare health plans offered by private companies approved by Medicare)
Reviewing plan options that may fit your health needs and budget
Learning how to use your benefits and where to get care
Wellness looks different for everyone. Our community centers offer classes that support your body and mind, including:
Meditation
Yoga
Tai chi
Healthy nutrition education
Class topics and schedules may change. Please check the latest calendar for your location.
We partner with trusted non-profit organizations to help connect members and community visitors with resources that may include:
Mental well-being support
Food assistance resources (such as food banks)
Other local community programs
Programs vary by location and availability.
To help us support you faster, consider bringing:
Your Medicare card (if you have one)
Any questions you want to ask (it can help to write them down)
