Clever Care Health Plan’s COO, Erin Ramsey, Recognized as Modern Healthcare’s 2024 Women Leaders Rising Stars Honoree

Erin Ramsey, COO for Clever Care Health Plan Inc. (“Clever Care”), a Medicare Advantage plan, is recognized as one of Modern Healthcare’s 2024 Women Leaders Rising Stars. 

The 2024 honorees for Modern Healthcare’s Women Leaders and Rising Stars represent a diverse spectrum of the healthcare industry, including providers, payers, suppliers, and associations. Honorees actively engage in advocacy efforts to address equity issues within their organizations and the larger community.

In 2023, 84% of members preferred non-English support, with 47% opting for Korean and 21% for Vietnamese. Ramsey’s operations team provided an impressive average speed to answer of 9.6 seconds in 2023.
